Melissa Irwin
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing a variety of sports but my weight never stopped me from playing. I played softball in college (1998-2000) and during that period of my life I was in the best shape I have ever been. Once I stopped playing softball I slowly started gaining weight. In 2007 my father passed away during open-heart surgery and my life changed forever. My family has a history of heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, and etc. I am ready to make a life change, break the cycle of poor health, and do what it takes to get healthy.
Thanks!
